I would give it a 6/10.
Here are things to improve:
1: 0:31 Use level tile to fit the backround. I see you used a castle backround.
2: 0:44 Grassland in a castle? No. ? blocks in backround is making cutoff.
3: 0:49 The corner has a little thing on it. There is one without that to make it look better.
4: 1:37 Net cutoff (I think) and the moon, could be placed in a harder place.
5: 1:42 Try to put only one 1 up in a level.
And others. But nice job.

not bad ( mie are the exact opposite of yourssu, by the way if you go to the note block, you can turn the music off. that way you ca record the sound FX and still add your own music.

1st second into the level-To be honest, if I just downloaded your hack and started that level and saw that, I would turn of the emulator and delete your hack and then clear the recycling bin.
3 seconds later- now I am getting afraid. The candle flames are question blocks... where is a grassland inside of a castle??? Few seconds later- what's with the capes floating out of nowhere? Next- Why have and extremely easy climbing net lead to a three-up moon? I can tell you just started...

why are people criticizing me? i dont care that they're bad, i'm not releasing it cause im not gonna waste my time hacking a rom. And furthermore i dont really care if you'd want to play it or not. i have better things to do than listen to random people complaining about how i built these levels
