  • @TheRulaBaby his technique is not wrong, the exercise is called a push press and it really requires you to use your legs...

  • @kickmeout1 with that amount of "stored energy" this young guy could turn into a very powerful bodybuilder/powerlifter. But I'm sure with the amount of assholes in this world who criticise sooner than compliment he will learn to use that to his advantage.......

  • if i was fat i wouldnt touch any weights i would just be hitting the treadmill at least 1 hour per day and eating close to nothing.
