Carousel "Shadow Box" Mini Album

Mini Album for a swap I hosted.

It's a 2-part swap. First, each of the participants sent in 5 bags of embellishments, and get 5 different bags back. We then had to create an album using ONLY the embellishments from the returned bags, nothing else, for an assigned partner.

So... here's mine!


EDITED ON 25 JULY 2011: Ok I have had multiple requests literally everywhere for a tutorial of this album. I'm not a "tutorial" person cos I really don't like to talk on video (as you have noticed) BUT... My my my! I could look at your work all day. Is this your original design? Are you affiliated with any Design teams? You def should be. Your work should be published, its just amazing and so inspiirirng! Im a huuge fan, keep it up girl, I cant wait to see more!

@nbruno81 i got the idea on how to construct the roof from a local scrapbooking instructor, but the album is pretty much my idea, yes :)

but i have to say how successful the album was was very dependent on what i got in the swap (the embellishments in the album were provided by 5 swappers. they each made 5 bags full of the same embellies and we swapped around. and the challenge was that we can only use the embellies that were given to us to make a mini for our partner).

no i'm not on any DT though i'll love to be on one. then again, i'm just worried that I can't commit to regular updates (i'm a working mom, NEW mom in fact, of a baby boy) so I never ever dare to apply to be on any DT! oh well... perhaps gust designing if anyone needs me? :)
