i tested one of these vacuum devices on a 700ton idra diecast machine and it was no good. had to use loads more diespray to prevent sticking. we found a "chill vent" was better by far. most of our diecast machines was 1200ton up to 2500ton made mostly car gearbox and clutch cases and sumps for well known car manufacturers

Also, polishing the die mold cavity in direction of ejection helps the aluminum from sticking. Ejector pins also play a roll in help of ejecting the casting from the die mold.
