there only saying that cos you can hurt your self if you dont straighten your knees out. in my gcse class once the teacher asked me to do the splits i did it instantly but didnt straighten my knee out and it popped out of place. not fun at alllll x

i must say hun u need to get down More and staightin your back leg a little but well done :p .. and before you go on about what ever she can do i've been dancing ever since i can remba i'm a freestyle slow and street dancer compete in adult champships hun and trust me no1 is saying shes not doing it right where just giving tips! x
