I heard Nintendo can remotely brick your 3DS for using Flash Cards on your 3DS, have you gotten any shit doing this? I have a Flash Card (Acekard) just keeping it in my DSi.

I just used a cheap desk mic by Trust for this, these desk mics are getting better! Haha.
Gonna get an SM-58 soon, for music and voice, ffuuuckyeah.

Well, to answer all your questions:
1. 3DS hasn't been hacked yet, but you can still use regular DS flashcarts.
2. You can use MicroSD or MicroSDHC
3. You can't use the 3DS's SD slot, you'll require a flashcard, unfortunately, but Nintendo will NOT brick your 3DS for using it.
Although, I don't think it'll take too much longer for the 3DS to be hacked, and hopefully we'll be able to use the 3DS's SD slot!
