INXS contributed 3 songs to the soundtrack for the movie Reckless. It was used as a vehicle to get INXS more attention in the US and was inspired by my relationship with Michael Hutchence. The INXS song Reckless Ways was written in 1983 in conjunction with the script and my name is in the song..."I’ll take a chance with AMY, might look good on the floor". It is the breakthru movie for Jennifer Grey and the precursor to the movie Dirty Dancing inspired by me as well.

@Mainrollman It is on DVD now!!!! Great quality. Ordered it on TCM.com. Just do a search on it and it should come up for you to order it. I have watched it like 300 times over, My favorite movie!!!

when is MCM gonna release this on DVD!?! I mean good grief. I cant believe some of the teen movies from of the 80's that has been released on DVD and still this movie has not . this is such a great movie. easily one of the best if not THE best teen movie from the 80's. CLASSIC!!!
