Fuck George Washington - he was a major in the British Army and a loyalist to the end. In fact, he was so loyal he was the guy the Brits sent as first recon against the French in the Ohio River Valley in the 1750s - that fact alone makes him one of the most trusted in the British Army at the time. Peter Schiff made a great point in his new book that repealing Glass Steagall was fine IF THEY ALSO DID NOT HAVE FDIC INSURANCE. Without FDIC, banks would have to act prudently to retain business from customers or they would lose them. With FDIC, people deposit regardless of the risks the banks take, and banks take on risk. He goes into more detail tying up the loose ends but the bottom line is deregulation, no FDIC, no bailouts and jailtime for crimes. THEN see how money is managed!

The only reason they are going into more debt is to keep the ponzi going as long as possible before the collapse. It isn't to GET power, it's to RETAIN it before the collapse. How about keep the laws but no onerous regulation, NO BAILOUTS, and jail time for any crimes committed?
