Photos of Fort Howard Hospital grounds and abandoned facilities, vacated in 2002. This site was prosed for approximatel 1360 hiusing units which meant leveling the sight and creating a traffic nighmare on a single egress road, fortunately there was enough opposition to this ridulous plan that it was never approved but high density development could still be looming in the near future. The open space and historical buildings should be preserved before they are completely detroyed by arsonists and vandals.
