Live-In Maid - Things Change

2004 Argentinian drama from writer/director Jorge Gaggero starring Norma Aleandro and Norma Argentina. Aleandro plays a formerly wealthy single woman living in Buenos Aires unable to accept her financial ruin and Argentina her long time live-in maid who struggles with breaking from a life she has known for so long. A subtle, but poignant character study. Strong performances from both women make the mundane daily routines ingrained in their characters. Writer/Director Gaggero and actress Norma Argentina won Silver Condors from the Argentina Film Critics Best First Film, Best New Actress. Original released as "Cama adentro".
