  • Kinesiology Tape is intended to help rehabilitate, you would have to let the intense pain subside should you not be able to flex your arm. However, as you look to focus on recovery, kinesiology tape can help.

  • but if you have a bad case of tennis elbow, you cant even flex your arm?

  • There isn't a lot of info on golfer's elbow so thanks for the demo. I do have a question for you. Early in the video you stated you will start with her in the flexed position. Her elbow was in extension not flexed, were you implying that her muscles were flexed (contracted)? One more thing, where can I buy Rock Tape?
