North & South "The Promise" (When In Rome)

I heard "The Promise" on the radio a few days ago and the beat just reminded me of John Thornton walking in the cotton mill. I could seriously have only used that clip on repeat to complete the song BUT i didn't want to bore you. So this is my 2nd N&S vid and again, it's an 80s music. It just happened that way (seriously) AND I had a hard time with this one :( To date, both my N&S vids have been the hardest to do. Maybe it's the music. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this. If you hate the music, please stick it out until the very end because it will be worthwhile . . . (I PROMISE) - LOL!!

NOTE: I used the "ease in ease out" effect throughout the video to show the tension between John Thornton & Margaret Hale during their "conversations". It's almost like a heavy breathing effect and plus I thought it went well with the music background (keyboard).

Loved the song! You have such great taste in music!

I feel this video is very honest about the Margaret/Thornton relationship. It wasn't all romance and flowers--it did take them awhile to understand each other (especially he understanding her).

The effects are so awesome here! They really do capture the tension.

I ended up favoriting this one. It is wonderful!
