@zaraki888 It depends on whether you use the ketchup to escape or not. If you don't use the ketchup, Ocelot will torture you one more time (I think) and a little bit after that, Gray Fox arrives and saves you.

The time bomb exploding doesn't make sense. Becuase: It had 4 minutes until detonation, and it exploded within 15 seconds of throwing it away!
