Never confuse haste with speed. Great workout, but you have to slow down a bit in order to get a better control of your movements and focus on proper technique before you attempt to increase speed. Congratulations.

Joining a proper fighting gym would do good on your technique.. wont say anything bad because it's a lot better than sitting at home in front of the computer.. keep it up.
