You get used to the darkness of wintertime :D

If you plan to visit do it in summertime, being so far north means less daylight during winter, but also excessive amounts of sun during summer. The sun only barely dips below the horizon for a few hours, and even then its not complete darkness, more like dusk.

Norway is not full of that kind of nature, we have varied nature. but the whole country is beautiful. And no, not every Norwegian is a farmer or lives in the middle of nowere. And we were vikings for about 1000 years ago.... just sayin. and you are all welcome to Norway!!!

Norway is a great country. Infact, Norway and Australia are the 2 best countries in the world, AGAIN.

I think my comment was to scare people away, so we can have it for ourselves and our own privacy.

Norway is a great country. The medical system is amazingly great compared to the rest of the world, but australia's is better and wastage is less there.

Latest UN HDI - Norway 1 again, Australia 2 again. Cheers !

@ihaveairlockers That made me smile. Either you really don't like Norway, and you're entitled to do that ofcourse, or you're quite the oblivious person. The only thing I can agree on is that the quality of the roads in Norway is quite bad, and the speed limit are there after. The medical system works splendidly, and I have never waited more than 1 week for an appointment, ofcourse, if it's a crisis you will get one the same day. Norway isn't perfect, not at all - but come with better arguments.
