I was there on that concert and it was the first time I heard this song and I was hooked from it. They started with the Intro-riff and I thought: Wow, this sounds really cool.

I'm an arctic monkeys fan and can't wait for the album, but this track doesn't even seem to gel. All the components don't seem to go together. Like the lyrics don't align with the guitar riff near the beginning.

i was thinking to myself the other day, where did the name 'go kart' even come from? i don't recall alex announcing that as the song name. for all we know this could have been called potion approaching all the time

Or rather I heard this IS on the album because it's named has changed to Potion Approaching.

Im looking forward to this album just as much as the next fan, but this tune.......not having it. Love what i hear from Crying Lightening, Secret Door, and Dangerous Animals, but between this and pretty visitors i'm a bit disappointed.

personally i think this song is the best out of the 5. it's got a riff that just drills into your head, much like 'Very Ape' by Nirvana. it's a good thing that all 5 songs are very different. it shows how creative the band are :)
