@em0drumz There was a pit band for this production. Instead of sitting off to the side of the stage, they sat behind the set. The stage was deep enough to accommodate them, and the sets fit on the rest of the stage.

@billyz90 Is PHVS in New Jersey, because my band director said very few schools in the country do pit bands, ours being one of the only student pits

@em0drumz Yes, Pascack Valley High School in in New Jersey. The pit orchestra for the 2008 production of Sweeney Todd was comprised of both students and adults. Mostly students (if I remember correctly).
