  • @MageoftheMoon: Thank you for your comment. Note that Handmaster Plus is designed for prevention and rehabilitation of tennis elbow. If you're tennis elbow case is active, make sure your health care professional has approved you for exercise rehabilitation. If so, we recommend 1 to 3 repetitions per day until comfortable fatigue only... this usually means 1- 2 minutes max.

    Best,

    doczac

  • So it's okay to do both these exercises for tennis elbow. I have had it for just over two year's now and it is three quarter's of the way gone, but not completely so I got the HMPlus to rid me of it. How long should I do it for?

  • @d36u9 d36u9:

Did you even watch the video? Are you aware of ART/Graston techniques? Classic surgeon arrogance. Congratulations - you know the names of the basic CTS orthoneuro's! And the symptoms! I guess you think that impresses people. Of course the primary health care professionals would consider all nerve impingements in the case of CTS. That is why I suggest ART and Graston. Pretty obvious. I'm interested, why you are so argumentative? BTW, what do you believe CAUSES true CTS? doczac

  • so are you saying that if a patient has a positive Phalen's / reverse Phalen's test, a positive Durkan's / Tinel's test -- if a patient is experiencing progressively worsening numbness & paresthesia, and maybe even thenar weakness/atrophy -- all you're gonna do is tell that patient to buy your product and do even more stretching & exercising, stuff that'll increase the pressures in the carpal tunnel all the more?!? how about rest & ordering EMG-NCV studies of cervical spine & both upper limbs?
