Celina, I've already told someone about your amazing glutenfree bread at the farmers market. But PLEASE tell me you are not using that wicked Morton salt on that salad! I can turn you on to some amazing sea salt that is delicious!

Please do a video on cleaning greens; Kale and Collards? No matter what we use/do always has grit on them and that makes me toss the greens; but not in a salad, In the trash. I love spinach but want to continue with the darker greens. Thank you.

Hi Celina.
Currently my vitamin b level is to low... wounds heal less quickly etc.
I take vitamin complex pills to adjust that to a normal level ,i tend to forget to take those pills..
What should i cook and eat?
