  • @thesnare100 Even if you can train people to have a feel for an artificially-made language from birth, it would take generations, as -if you were to make Esperanto the size and scope of English/Mandarin/Spanish- it would have to be done essentially from scratch. Seeing how widespread something like English already is, why bother?

  • @DaxB92 @DaxB92 There are natural speakers of it. Natural speakers like you said, that DID grow up with it since they were babies, their parents spoke it and they learned it the same way you learned your native language. Couldn't you say no one had a natural "feel" for Spanish if they grew up in a country where Spanish speakers were rare, and they were not exposed to it and learned it that way, it perfectly possible a Rosetta Stone package could be made for Esperanto

  • Just so you know Mr. Kaku you are my roll model, I am planning on getting a PhD in physics because of you.

  • @picknicktooclick yes, that what it means to be a futurist, but of course the type 0,1 etc stuff is something that is well established but obviously we don't know when itll happen

  • @TheLeadStriker opposite effect for me, he gets me pumped up to play lol

  • SUPER

  • @evertonamarilla Theoretically yes, but Esperanto is an artificially manufactured language, rather than one that formed naturally and gradually. This fact means there's no native speakers in it, therefor no one has a natural 'feel' for it, seeing they didn't grow up with it since they were babies. This leads to the fact that no one could teach it optimally as can be done with other languages.

And as a result, it's unfeasible to educate the entire world with it from scratch.

  • we could spead up the the type 3 civilization if we made him president.

  • Michio Kaku is absolutely awesome! He is my favorite physicist in the world! Not many peoples are smarter than him! He is one of my heros.

  • Michio Kaku endorses Intel!
