Hi. We are using a webcam and a program called Anasazi SMA. It's free and very simple to learn. In Anasazi you can choose how many frames you want per sec and when you got about 1000 frames you click ¨Done¨ and you got a lego stop motion clip... When you got all clips you want you import them to Windows Movie Maker and make them all a movie. It may be hard in the beginning but after a week it's very simple. Bye and Good luck!
