I did not use a sim.

I have only flown the tiny 2 channel micro's before this.

I have moved onto a much bigger room and that has made a giant difference in my flying.

I can now bank and flare turns.

The tail motor usualy lasts about 15 to 20 full flights. Not much. But I have added a second heat sink to the motor and it seems to have fixed the problem. I guess they were just over-heating.

Normal flight times on a full Battery charge are about 12 to 15 minutes.

Hi AviationN315, great job, nice landing. How long does the tail motor last? And how come they brake down so quick? And did you bracke the main blades? Also, how long is the actual flight time? Thanks for answering my questions ;-)

Wow, that's smooth for stock no adjustments. Did you use a RC simulator prior or practice with any other helo prior to this?
