@Hasenbraeter Yes it was. That was one of the problems. When the building was planned as a hospital, everything seemed OK: they build it up, remove the crane and use the space left for an elevator shaft. But on the next year the project was completely stopped due to budget costs or political reasons, I don't really know. Years after, they've calculated that the project for removing the crane will be far too expensive than blowing the whole building down. :-)
