poor Ranidu, he always gets compared with US hip-hoppers. Yes they are his role models, but what should he do instead? Stick to the music of his parents just to be "true Sri Lankan" ??! ;) He is trying a more modernist approach with his music instead of sounding too old-fashioned and too traditional. See, if the Turks had not made that approach, Turkish music would sound the same as if stuck in the 1950s.

I love Ranindu! Even tho most of the songs in SL now sounds almost the same, I still prefer what they are doing compared to what my parents listen to. The new R&B and hip hop singers in SL make the country proud and regardless of what anyone says about how they try to look or sound like blacks...if it makes them successful and if it gives us good music...i am all for it! :D

the song is kool n ranidu looks grt...its better than other video's by other sinhala artists...(not Iraj, BnS, 6thL o Cntgrdz) they trying some new all the time...n R&B Songs must be like this...as for me Ranidu n Iraj did well
