do u no how many people who walk accrossed that bridge eevryday.... i am sure that everyone of them would say the feel of the air is just normal.... i dont see wat is so good about wheeling.. it is just a normal small city, and wheeling island is no better than wheeling at all so u shouldnt have been so happy to get there.. now if u would have really beeen entering ohio, i can see why u would have been happy... i live in ohio just down the river and my g-ma lives in bridgeport.. better than whg.

What people don't realize is the bridge sways when the wind blows.And the view of the water underneath when you walk I Can Live without..LOL

its about 1 of the only things surviving in wheeling at the moment. the city is tearing everything down.

also. on the other side is not ohio...in fact...it is wheeling island. bridgeport, ohio is on the other side of the island.

@KickerCobalt Yes, I discovered that when I got to the other side. This was my first vist there so I wasn't aware of the lay of the land.

I'm glad you liked it...when I made the video, I was there for the first time. Loved walking on it. The evening air and breeze added to the wonderful view.

I was there a couple months ago and i have to say that is the neatest bridge i have ever seen. It kinda makes wheeling stand out.

I got a BIG kick out of it...have walked on many bridges but somehow that one was extra special and EXCITING. It's historical significance was an added plus.
