Personally I do not care what you claim to be, male or female, transexual or whatever terms you use to classify yourself, unless it has changed and I was asleep and missed it, having a uterus makes you a woman, not a man. People are running away with arguments of human rights and people can live how they want blah blah blah, no one is disputing that, but what i really hate is the term 'pregnant man' it is a lie! but I knew one day someone would try to pull that one out of a bag!

You indeed can't change your gender. Mentally you'll always be the person you were born as, which means that this guy will always be a dude no matter how much therapy he goes through. The only option left is to match his body with his mind, because a mind can't be changed, yet a body can. Although he still has female reproductive organs, this guy is definitely a guy.

it is both so bizarre and sad. no matter what science and technology can do, Tracy is still a woman. there is no relativity to being a male or female. it only goes to show how confused the world is getting to be! we need help.
