It may not seem like much, but I didn't take a break during the last part. I'm so proud of myself! :) Thank you Cassey for giving me a workout plan that I can follow and helping me get my life on track. Almost six weeks going and I'm not planning on stopping now!

maybe your thighs are really weak. Like the thing about Pilates is it targets your whole body. There is no way to just isolate one specific muscle. Just keep checking yourself to make sure you are not making a mistake =) Good luck! We are all fighting together!! <3
