Someone To Watch Over Me?

Tim was my partner of 15 years. On Nov. 20th 2003 he sucombed to asbestos related cancer. Every once in a while he leaves me a little sign so I know he's still "here". This is about one of those signs.

damn. thats a kinda mean and a kinda good thing at the same time. i hate and love these things when they happen. nobody knows where it come from. most of the people would say its just a kind of a murphys law like it was glued on your dish or something, but i would say its a sign.

Hey Zip, I'm a true believer that when people pass, they re not gone forever. They seem too come into your life when you neeed them the most. When you are going through tough times, they know and this is his way of letting you know that he will always be there for you. As far as crying, never apologize for that, they were tears os love. Don't apologize Zipster, those are tears that come from true love. AND I do believe Tim is watching over you. I didn't know he died because of asbestos. I worked with that stuff too. Scary to die that way. I cry with you. LOVE

My grampa leaves things around the house sometimes there's a couple pennies that turn up on tables and mum knows its he used to save pennies all the time. If i remember correctly he used to say they were pennies from heaven when he was alive.

Yeah, Tim is definately watching over you. You don't have to be sorry about showing your emotions. Thanks for sharing your life with us, what you do is truly important. I have a friend who passed away about 1 month ago and I found out yesterday she submitted a poem to a contest and a month later from her passing she won runner up in the contest. So go figure....They do let us know they are around...

Thank you...2 years ago my dearest friend of over 30 years was killed in an auto accident...I really needed to weep, I was finally able to...I love you...God bless you and thank you again for being there...you touch my life, often, very often.

I got quite teary, and i feel for you. seems you and tim had a great relationship, and i am so sorry for your loss. it is never easy to lose a loved one-god bless you.

This actually made me teary.

I'm sorry for your lost. This always happens to my mom, her mom past away back in '06. And she never really got over it, and little stuff like that, a piece of paper, can bring back good memories, and you can't help but show your feelings. That has never happened to me, but I have had a dream about grandmother, that made me quite scared, sad, but happy. Just to know someone from above is there watching over you, is a good feeling, but yet sad one.
