Pastor David Grice explains the subtle satanic messages in the movie "The Wizard of Oz" during a sermon at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Grand Prairie, Texas on July 27, 2008.

The Wizard of Oz was said to be an analogy for economic problems, which it may have been, but it also fits some very sinister analogies. L. Frank Baum, the author of the book The Wizard of Oz was a member of the Theosophical Society (a Luciferian organization). The Wizard of Oz story incorporated the "ancient wisdom" of the Mystery Religions. The satanic message of the book (and consequently the movie) is that you must rely on yourself, cuz only you have the power to save yourself. After writing The Wizard of Oz, Baum wrote a play called "The Uplift of Lucifer".
