Everything you have mentioned has been confirmed by a friend of mine who has taken hot yoga classes. I will be checking to see if my gym offers it. Can't wait to try it out.

I love the idea of HOT Yoga :0 Was this a class your gym offers?
I don't always sweat very easily but I love when I do so I think I would really enjoy that. I usually wrap up my work out in the sauna just because I love the way it feels when I leave.

You two are so inspiration to me. I think its great to try new things as well to change up the routine. Watching you both commit to making changes has motivated me to do the same. Keep up the blogs - I think they are great!
