Mogens Dalsgaard plays the Weddingday at Troldhaugen. Actually it was composed 25 years after Edvard and Ninas Wedding. At first it was a fourhand composition, named "Arrival of the Wellwishers" inspired by the many people who arrived at Troldhaugen, when they celebrated their Silverwedding. www.pianist.dk
So uplifting!

Steinway? It definitely sounds like one. Oh, wait... never mind. I just saw the name in one of the views. Yep. Definitely a Steinway.

@temesir anybody that can play this song is definitely not an amateur.

This is very bad. This man is an eager amateur. Maybe better at other pieces, but couldn't catch the essence.
Listen to 'de Greef (1862-1940): Grieg - "Wedding Day at Troldhaugen" ' on youtube.
How much more colorful, what dynamics.

Grieg is one of my most loved composers and this is my favourite piece. It has both happy and sad associations for me, but I adore listening to it. Thank you for posting it.

Played with true feeling and exemplary taste. The search stops here.
