I saw this commercial and I agree 100% with you.

I do have a minor (but a pet peeve of mine) complaint - The word is REAL-TOR only 2 sylables

Whoever made that commercial should be put in the stocks, tarred and feathered, and then set on fire. And anyone who fell for that shameless marketing ploy (hey wives, don't listen to your husband and all that "budget" talk....its all about WANT and NEED NEED NEED!!!! The hostility and negativity on that smug woman's face is such a turn-off, this commercial had to be aimed at women. She is so unlikeable I'll bet any male focus group would totally agree.
