lol he is not 5'8..more like 6'2. proof of this is the windmill at 1:32. nobody who is 5'8 can almost hit their head on the rim, that would be a ridiculous vertical and its nearly impossible.

You can improve your fast-twitch muscle's, takes intense dedication and training though, but not enough to make a 5'8' or 5'9' white guy dunk... Or run under 10 seconds, maybe under 11 if your trained enough.

That's partly true. One thing to consider though is bio mechanics. White people tend to have thicker joints/lower tendons which facilitates strength type sports. This is why you will never see a black person owning a worlds strongest man contest or throwing up a 1000+ pound bench press. Some northern Europeans have an emense amount a fast twitch fibers, as much as any top level sprinter. They just dont have the right structure to compete in speed type sports and vice versa. To each their own.

Yeah, anyone can improve. But Athletes of West African decent have a higher percentage of Fast-Twitch muscle fibres. The type used for explosive movements such as sprinting and jumping. This is why no white man has ever run under 10-seconds for the 100 meters. The number of fibres is genetic. You can't change it through training. You can improve what you do have, but you can't change it..... And this guy looks more like 6' (at least).... and no ones shoes add 2 inches of height!!!
