Did the Bush Administration pull the wars out of a hat?

U.S. General Wesley Clark (Ret.), explains that the Bush Administration planned to take out 7 countries in 5 years: Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Lybia, Somalia, Sudan, Iran. While that plan was certainly delayed President Obama is carrying out the plan. Lybia was Obama's war and next up on Obama's list is Syria.

Ive got someone enquiring about this video. They think the proper date should be 2002 but im guessing this video was recorded in 07. And hes talking about something that happened in 02. So if i cant really put a date on something earlier than what it was recorded is the way i see it. But just in case. Was this recorded earlier? Where did you get it from?

Well...I don't think we would be in Libya or thinking of about Syria if they weren't so busy killing all of their protesters who are/were trying to peacefully protest and are now in a state of revolting against the government through violent means.
