Here is an interesting email I got the other day. Some background:

I met James at another person's seminar in London last September. During a
break he asked me about the 3D Mind. I told him a bit about it and he
challenged me to prove it. So I asked what the problem was. He had a phobia
of elevators. So in just 7 minutes I run him through he 3D Mind. Then tell
him to go into the hotel and test it......he came out 20 MINUTES LATER. He
spent that time riding up and down in the elevator. One of his biggest fears
was that the doors would shut and hurt him. He said he was sticking his arm
out and lettting the doors shut on it.

OK that is good enough. 7 minute phobia cure, but that one change touched
many areas of his life. So he sent me this last October:

Hi Tom

You helped me over my fear of the elevator with that amazing 3d mind
technique. I'm just dropping you an email just to let you know how I am
getting on. Well all I can say is SHIT how does that 3d mind technique work,
I no longer have depression which I was suffering with for over 2 and half
years, and I always used to shy away from people but now when I am in a
group im always laughing and making jokes people have said that it was like
I was brainwashed.

I was realy sceptical of this but after actually experiencing it I have
never seen anything so powerfull.

I listened to a lot to richard bandler and other personal development , but
I like this realy more than anything these guys have taught. So I'd like to
say a big THANK YOU to you. I mean I realy could believe the effect it has
had on me. When are you next essential skills seminars in london.

Thanks

James

OK that is amazing as well. Keep in mind I spent maybe 7 minutes doing the
process with him. It was on ELEVATORS! The change also generalized out to
take care of depression and shyness.

OK that was amazing enough but there was more to come:

Hi Tom

We'll since you used 3D mind on me in September 2005 (now July 2005). I have
noticed serveral changes non of which I ever anticipated or could of hoped
to expect.

The main one is I no longer suffer from an eating disorder. I used to under
eat I suffered with it for about a year, during the first 6 months my weight
dropped 6.5 stone, alot of people around me were very shocked at what was
happening to me. It got so bad at one point, when I was out with a few
friends I took of my jumper, and everyone went quiet because my arms and
body were so thin.

Eventually people started saying "do I need to see a doctor." About a month
after 3D mind I started to notice that i was putting on weight and that I
was eating normally, the change was that easy I didn't even notice it.

Another change that has become very apparent is, I used to get panic attacks
which were very stressfull to say the least since 3dm I had 2 attacks in two
months, but barely noticed them. Instead of being shaken up for hours after
i was ok after 20 mins and I havent had any since. I 'v also noticed a lot
less anxiety with people.

Now hear comes the happy ending. Since 3D mind I noticed on the first day
the amount of rapport with people increased to 4 or 5 times more than it
normally would be, people seem to respond to me more positively and I can
just naturally make friends. Its no longer a stuggle to get to know people.
I'm in a whole new social group and I've got a list of friends pilling up. I
find that now I'm approaching life with a more relaxed attitude and am
having more FUN FUN FUN. Also I have alot more people approaching me to talk
people just seem to be very comftable with me.

Overall I'm very very impressed with 3D Mind It has now been over 7 or 8
months since the seminar. All I asked Tom to do was take away a fear of
elevators and that is still gone. It has realy amazed me all the other
things that it has effected.

Thanks again

James

  • My challenge is in applying myself to continue to do what I know I should/want to do. Sustaining my initial drive to do the professional tasks that I know how to do, have done before successfully, but after awhile begin to be distracted, lazy, procrastinatory and fearful of both success and failure. Which of your products, articles, workbooks would be of value to me?

    Thanks

  • This is a great topic. I will post a new YouTube video about it this weekend. The best product for this would be the 3D Mind. Go to our site to check it out.

    Tom

  • The 3D Mind is not hypnosis. It is a process to train your mind to escape from the blocks that problems create. That is the beauty of it. You can use it for yourself without someone else using hypnosis on you.

  • Thanks Tom. Good stuff. You need to come to California and give a seminar please.

  • We would love to. Maybe on next years schedule.

  • yea same here im scared that the door will stay shut and wont open and then i will have a panic attack again

  • im not clostraphobic. but im really scared of elavators. iv been trying to find a name fo rit but there jstu isnt any LOL. its realy weird

  • well.. the belief change by richard bandler and learning how diferent submodalatis affect your state directly. Ross teaches great beliefs and his material is overall great. Richard bandlers submodality excercise where you take submodalaties of an experience that "was more fun than it should have been" and bring those submodalaties to other experiences LIVE, if you can hold them in your mind you will feel completely different! and therefor you can do stuff you never could before, which is cool ;)

  • which "stuff" are you referring to of theirs that you've found particularly useful and for what?

  • TomVizzini didn't know you were against the EFT method which obviously works, for some odd reason. Ross Jeffries is interviewing this dude. If it worked for him, great. Personally I believe 3d mind does work, I've tried it a couple of times. I prefer Bandlers and Ross Jeffries stuff though.

    Take care
