  • Trace the phone call and hunt these fuckers down. :-)

  • @TheSolDit Uh...NO you don't. Unless THEY send you postage to send it back, KEEP it - it's yours. And if they try to charge your credit card for it, contest the charge. And if there's still a problem, contact a lawyer to give them a phone call... :-)

  • PLEASE READ MY COMMENTS BELOW IN THE REVERSE- THAT IS, FROM BOTTOM TO TOP.

  • @NaturalRepublic

cont- The scammer called from Washington DC, (202) 509-0692, and claimed that he was AN AGENT with the Federal Trade Commission. I called the number back and spoke with him. The number that he gave me that was SUPPOSED to be for the PCH winner verification dept.is 1-866-221-4894; I spoke to a female there who "verified" that I am a winner. Of course it was false. I am sharing all this to expose these assholes and hopefully avert them from doing this to someone else.

  • @NaturalRepublic Not only that people, but he also gave me a toll free number that was supposed to be the PCH verification department which I did call. These people are quite elaborate in their schemes! If I did not know the law concerning such things I might have fallen for it too. I did call a REAL PCH rep.in their fraud dept, and they did take down all the phone numbers that I was given along with other relevant information. I was assured that PCH will never call you, nor ask for any fees.

  • Just this morning, I received a call like this telling me I won $350,000. He would have been convincing, but I am up on the red flags; I'm an Administration of Justice student. I let him think I believed him, and he told me to wire money via Western Union to "a U.S. attorney" in Costa Rica. Imagine that! He actually had the audacity to call me back a couple of hours later for the 10 digit WU number so that his henchman could pick up the dough. BOYYYY did he get a nasty earfull from me!

  • my great grandma is stupid and falls for this scam! She fucking gets mail from them ALL the time and sends them shit!! She's stubborn and wasting it all on them.

  • Very informative, worth taking 5 minutes out of your day to obtain information that will help protect yourself thru out your lifetime!

  • The 6 dislikes are from the PCH company

  • pch just sent me a package that i never ordered -.-..... now i have to sent it bak wasting my money
