Is Google planning to create read-only "Guest accounts" for Webmaster Tools? Many clients (particularly in heavily regulated industries e.g. banks) are very reluctant to provide access to a third party.

  • For those watching this video post 2009, this feature has now been added. The host server needs to either upload your verification file or add a meta tag to their homepage. Very nice feature for those who do client work.
