  • power to you mate...some who shall remain unnamed are ripping big bucks from good folk for stuff not half as good as this.....ol'dogs rock!!!

  • @simianfuture Gets everything going, concentration, balance and the ol'ticker.

  • Nice one, classic Betaiks with Clubs! I've been working a bit on adding some basic leg work to swinging and would love to see some other examples.

  • @mrbrady321 I was really surprised at the concentration required to perform the Mill Squat. One cannot go too fast at the risk of loosing balance because of the club movement particularly at the back. At the same time all effort has to go into performing a mill & squat with good form.

  • Good warm-up!

  • @eabt01 The Mill Squat really gets the whole body going, you can feel your blood starting to circulate, truly a great warm up.

  • @zenkahuna Thank you for your comment. The videos are inspired by a 100 year old book on Indian Club Swinging. Basically I try to imagine how the author would have trained, and in our digital age it's great to be able to share my video thoughts on YouTube.

  • Nicely done my friend. You are building a great collection of useful videos for folks using the clubs and kettlebells.
