or it could be the turbo oil seals, if it is the engine like you said why is it breathing so heavy to be pushing oil out of the engine and into the atmosphere. you will also be loosing this oil from your sump
and the fact that you can see it from the outside means you cooler is either cracked or a hose/hose clamp is loose or cracked

sounds like a jetsons car lol

@death2hippies ... i think its the seals in the turbo ... btw, the mechanic fixed the turbo already, but still there was oil going into the intercooler ...
btw, i'm thinking of doing an overhaul on the engine myself. you got any advice ... on the electronic stuff??
-
@gsexcy ether the seals in your turbo are gone and it needs reconditioning or your air filter is clogged and due to the restricted air flow will create a negative pressure and suck oil from the rocker cover through the breather line

nice navara you got bud, is it a Ventura or a ST-X? bet it goes good :)

Did you need any adaptor plates or anything to fit the pod , my mate wants to do the same thing to his d22
a small amount of engine oil somehow leaks from the intercooler. do you have any idea what's the cause? and how to fix it? thanks

@gsexcy its a tiny hole, dont leak air, just a small amount of oil, the oil comes from the ventilation hose that goes from the valve cover to the intake, so oil vapor goes through the turbo - intercooler and into the engine. the leak was the same the 2 years i had the truck, no need to fix it.

@supernatural824 you get filters like this in all shapes and sizes, just google green filter and find a dealer in your area and they will find a filter that fits your car.
