@hacker12sniper12 You raise a very good point. I used to think that God's kindness/grace would be a licence to sin but that is not true; in fact this very same question was raised nearly 2000 years ago in the bible:

Romans 6:1-2 "What, then, shall we say? shall we continue in the SIN that the grace may abound? let it NOT BE! we who died to the sin -- how shall we still live in it?"

In any case, yes they will be a judgment to come; but God will still restore the sinner
