Trailer for Australian adventure thriller THE REEF, represented internationally by Lightning Entertainment. Synopsis: For three British backpackers it seemed like a dream come true. A Week cruising the world's most beautiful coral reef on their own yacht. But when their boat capsizes leaving them stranded on an overturned hull the dream turns into a nightmare. What should they do? Stay with a damaged hull that could sink at any moment or try to swim for land? Finally deciding to swim the three friends take to the water. As they close in on land a fin surfaces and with it the realization that they are being stalked by a deadly fifteen foot white pointer shark. Will any of them make the swim or will the sea take what it wants? The Reef walks the line between horror and psychological thriller! From the director and producer of BLACK WATER.

  • This is just more real if you ask me .,the behavior of a shark in its natural place ,the ocean...jaws dosent actually come near..because it is not based on a true story..the shark is made ..you can actaully see some part of the shark is not 100 % ,eks the teeth ..,what would a real shark do in a case like this ? think about it. the reef movie ..clears that pretty mucht up ,if you ask me

  • Very funny movie..

  • @Mr15Hello Hi! It's been a long time now that i have noticed that the australian production is a guarantee for a good movie. (starting from "the last wave", "picnic on the hanging rock", "long weekend" etc to "black water" and "the reef")! So, everytime i go to the movies or to the videoclub, i know that an australian movie will never let me down...And yes, australians have proved that big budgets are not the only way to a great film. This one is the most scary movie i have ever seen!

  • The most frightening movie i have ever watched!!! Sheer terror, from the begining to the end, dumb or active, yet, in any case, almost unbearable! Another great australian film! Awesome! Gongratulations and thanks guys!

  • I really enjoy this movie, it's more realistic than other movies that make look the sharks like monsters.

  • Somewhat a copyoff of JAWS, but i still found it enjoyable

  • sad ending

  • @Gallygoy I 100% agree with you!!! just cuz we have low budgets for films doenst mean we cant make a good one!! this movie, rogue, and black water are all australian films and all look REALLY realistic and they scared the shit outta me!! I think people who dnt watch this movie are reallyyyyyy missing out big time!! and I also probably think this is a little bit better than jaws cuz its more realistic and heaps scarier!!

  • I liked shark night 3d

  • pffff

  • great movie!

  • If you watch or have watched "I shouldn't be alive," then you, my friend, have no doubt seen this movie.
