PS. Brechtian is an adjective to describe the theory and practice of the playwright. This production actual came as close to any others I have seen to embodying what the playwright had intended which is the only job of the director, actor, and production team.

Your street singer is balls. He sounds so BORED, and his voice has...really nothing. That and that beginning of the song is really more fit for Jenny. within all the high school productions there is always an immense bit of talent but then a large lacking in another spot like the Peachum'll be good but the Mackie'll suck. My school had that problem with the production as well, all singing was perfect, everyone perfect. Mackie's acting? Not up to snuff of the actors around him.
