Grieving Parent of 10 year old murder Victim

The mother of 10 year old Nequiel Fowler recently murdered in Chicago caught in the cros fire of gang violence. Gang members listen up, she was not the intended target, she was walking her blind sisiter the store and now this family will have to go through this ordeal. Does it bother you all what gangs are doing to the communties?

This incident hapened in Sept of 2008. On Feb 20, 2009, three boys 13,14,and 17 were killed a block away. Will we ever learn.
