It seems like the best strategy against the bigger guys is to prevent them from being able to use their full strength against you. Charging at them sometimes works, like here- but it seems like it usually wouldn't, because of the strength disparity. I would think that the key is using your greater speed to your advantage, and just make sure that he can't attack you head on, or grab your mawashi- once he has your mawashi, it will be very difficult to beat him.
