My second character Badhairday vs Maat. Slept to 100% TP, ate pizza, had a blink band, boosts for Chi Blast, one potion, Icarus Wing, 2 Howling Fists, Chakra, hardly used Hundred Fists much, all over. Started off with about 1620 HP, ended up with 120.

MNK Maat fight is hard. Being 70 can help. The more you prepare and the more meds you have, the better your chance.
