After I developed the "FLOWMASTER" for the bottom feed burner I hit up Robbie to make his own version of a self feeding system and he came up with this little gem :o) "FIREPLUG" This was a fun little build. It's sweet not to have to squeeze fuel into the stoves sometimes :o) This will work on any bottom feed alcy burner. For instruction on how to make this project go to Robbies channel and his two vids on this.

    Gotcha.

I picked up some .005 foil from Hobby Lobby and used it to make my windscreen and even a pot lid for my Backcountry 700 pot.

  • @1377stick Haha! Los of kits for every mood :o) The only ones I had for sale were the "Big Breeze 2.0" at arrowheadequipment, webs, com but I discontinued them now. I believe my tolling foil windscreens are still on his site. they're the .005 tooling foil 4"x22" 20grams :o)

Wow, after looking through your videos, you really do like your stoves...I gotta lotta catching up to do... So did you make the kits for Trail Designs? Do you have a store that you sell these kits in?

  • @Woodenarrows Hey Jim. I found that it wasn't the bottle to cap leaking. It was the cap in the 1" pipe. The Crazy glue I used is thin and runny which was not good for this application since my cap wasn't a real tight fit. I switched to a thick industrial glue and that fixed the problem :o) I was wondering what was going on at first...haha! Because none of my bottles have ever leaked :o)

  • @wawhiker Haha! It fun to get out :o) Personally I wouldn't even play around with this in nicer weather or in summer ;o) But this is fun too. Maybe not as much as watchin' critters though :o)
