something people don't seem to understand is that canada is not the same as USA. we dont actually have "freedom of speech", please look it up, its not a right we as citizens have, im not complaining, but people dont seem to understand this.. kind of stupid to argue when you dont know what youre talking about.

then why not fight for it? i'm not interested in what some lawman tells me i do and don't have. judging by this thread, something Canadians have plenty of is 'blind sheep syndrome'. Canada is ours to shape - which is to say more people should stand up for their rights as individuals, groups and as a society as a whole.

Look to yourself for the 'hate'. try communicating in a less hostile way - leave out all the swearing, name calling and accusations and act like a rational adult. only then will you get that in return. i was there to protest (hopefully) many of the same things you were there for - so take it easy on me. i made this video to try and honestly and unbiasedly show what happened that day and to bring attention to police abuse of power - and hopefully to unite people like us.

I was in Queen's park at 5pm. I got assaulted by the police at the south end. I got chased with calvary, rubber bullets and tear gas out of the park and out to bloor. At which point we went North and eventually made our way to Young. Why are you being such a dick? Oh right, the internet hate machine, way to feed the hate.
