CarSmarts busted with Call Center

CarSmarts Magazine is caught with a Call Center that helps consumers get the best prices from auto dealers in Metro Atlanta. For over a year now, competitors of CarSmarts have accused them of staging phone calls in order to appear that they were working for the dealers. Now, it's clear that they indeed do have a Call Center that produces upwards of 24,000 phone calls per month for local dealers...and the company is finally coming clean by revealing its location to the general public.
In addition to showcasing vehicles available for sale in the local marketplace for dealers, CarSmarts Magazine also provides the only free ads to consumers selling their vehicles. Any individual selling their vehicle can receive a free ad online until it is sold and two weeks in the magazine simply by visiting www.carsmarts.com to post their classified ad. Consumers shopping for a car can pick up a FREE CarSmarts Magazine at any of the 3400 places in Metro Atlanta the magazine is distributed, including QuikTrip convenient stores.

Harmon went out of business the day we launched CarSmarts. I am sorry if your attempts to work here have been declined. Now that your revenues and commissions have plummeted, you are just bitter, a sore loser.

What? For a genius, your communication is unclear. CarSmarts and CarSmarts en Espanol produce over 25,000 leads for dealers each month. Our dealers are thrilled, our competitors are downsizing or going about of business, and our competitor sales people are actively interviewing for jobs outside of our industry.
