  • @rollzon20z eat a dick c#*t

  • @rollzon20z Yeah, Mitsus are cheaper to mod for power than Subis -- of course, the older 2.0 subies had closed decks and were lighter -- you could really crank up the boost and go fast with them. The 2.5Ls like mine .... another story. Yeah, they're not as "toy like" as Evos ... if you want to go faster for cheaper, Evos are the choice. Subis just feel better (maybe it's the torque and the noise :P). I bought it simply because that was what was a good deal at the time. I like them all.

  • @mbdulka and fabricated a 3 litre plenum with a 3.8 commodore (buick) throttle body and a set of sard 1000cc injectors and link plus ecu with a 3 bar map sensor(which i never used)..if your into wrx's you should live here! they're so fricking cheap! =) I've never really had alot to do with them apart from servicing.....changing the plugs was enough to put me off

  • @mbdulka what about PAC performance's rotary? 20b = 2 litre turbo doing a 6.7 quarter? my old evo3 i made it a 10second car for round 10k building it myself! for starters the evo has the perfect base for power as a 2litre, the bore is nearly the same as the stroke so to even that out i got eagle h beam rods and pin bored the gudgins out to 22m and fitted 20thou over evo9 forged pistons some genuine hks cams (inlet 272ex272)some headers 3" straight exaust and a gt35/40 i used half a vr4 inet.....

  • @rollzon20z Sure, on the street, AWD rules -- but, when a beastly twin-turboed Z06 throws on slicks, watch out. Once they wise up and make the Vette AWD, game over ;-) Stangs, Cameros, etc ... yeah, too heavy still, but with slicks they can move. My STi is now being rebuilt into a 10 second street car, but it's expensive to do it compared to a car with a V8.

  • @mbdulka i have seen some high horse-powered twin turbo v8's i think from the engine being so heavy is a disadvantage making the rear tyre not have the contact they should......so that's where i think the jappers have the advantage of trying to get that 50/50 weight distribution and the "american muscle" die's because the power can't be transferred to the ground...only my thoughts anyway =)

  • @mbdulka a standard evo 10 can do a quarter mile 12.8 -13.0 from factory...haven't seen a top of range stock v8 do that...... displacement is bull .. 60foot times with power to weight, right tyres and pressures and reaction times!

  • @rollzon20z This is only happening because most Americans drag with cheaper, "oldie" cars which are naturally aspirated. They're cheap, but not effecient. As you find more and more EFI turbo and twin turbo kits coming out for Mustangs, Cameros, Vettes, etc ... you'll see very fast American V8s as well. Obviously, more displacement gets you down the strip faster with similar EFi systems. It's just a learning curve for these folks.

  • @clitwize I don't think so dude, I know so! We'll talk rotary and they are already making a mockery of 6 second v8s lol and these are from 1.3 litre 13bt's and 2.0 litre 20bs lol

the only time a v8 gets any respect from me is in the lowrider scene a nice 64 or a caddy low and SLOW

  • hahaha if you say so bro..keep fkin dreaming
