You can see @ 2:10 it hardly looks like he is using any energy @ all, but his opponent's feet are completely off the ground.

Very cool and informative video! I actually practice Kyokushin Karate, but I'm hoping to try out Tai Chi. I've actually used the technique at 0:42 in self defense practice.
